Southside Jazz Shakedown – Tickets
I regret that the events committee has had to postpone the Southside Jazz Shakedown due to funds not being available, which we were not aware of until last minute. This was not something we decided lightly…personally, I believed in this event. What a great opportunity it would have been for the party and the Young Republicans! We will be putting this event on, but will have to wait until February or March.
I am overwhelmed with the positive response I’ve received from the party with their support, including a $200 check from State Representative Richard Floyd, and other verbal commitments of financial support for our next event.
We will keep on truckin’ and are already setting up our next event and the County Christmas party (hosted by the YRs). Thank you so much for your support in all of this…we have a lot to do to be ready for next year’s important elections!
| Where: Loose Cannon Gallery When: October 9th, 7pm to 11pm Join the Hamilton County Young Republicans on Friday, October 9th at 7pm for the Southside Jazz Shakedown at the Loose Cannon Gallery. $20 gets you in the door, to enjoy a night of food, drinks, and Jazz. We will also be featuring the GOP candidates for district 3 Congress, with plenty of chances to get to know the candidates individually and see where they stand. But don’t think this will be your usually, stuffy political event…we will have Jazz music all night from Kenny Cook and Smooth Flight Jazz, a cash bar, finger food, and plenty to do. |
